The 2009 Changhua County Academy of Arts and Humanities presents a series of public lectures on "Slow Living Aesthetics, Happy and Healthy Creative Master Winners," jointly organized by the United Daily News Group, Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau, Taiwan Provincial Association of Automotive Maintenance Industry, Changhua Sheng Ho Automotive, Cheng Kuang (Jin You) Pharmaceutical, Taiwan Happy Train Association, Changhua County Chamber of Commerce, National Changhua Living Aesthetics Museum, Taiwan Provincial Chamber of Commerce, Changhua County Wild Geese Association, Mingdao University Innovation and Incubation Center, Taichung City Business Lecturer Association, Taichung Vieshow Cinemas, Central Taiwan Good News FM90.3, Taichung Broadcasting FM100.7, Sun Radio FM89.1, and City Broadcasting FM92.9.

The "Meet the Masters, Guest Speaker Series" will begin on August 1st (Saturday) at 12:30 PM, at the San Ho Automotive Cultural Hall, 3rd floor, No. 516, Section 2, Zhongshan Road, Huatan Township, Changhua County. The lecture series will run from August to December, with one event held every two weeks for a total of ten events. The program has been carefully planned with the recruitment of highly renowned domestic lecturers. Central Taiwan residents are warmly invited to register. The first 100 registrants for each lecture will receive complimentary movie tickets, Kenting vacation vouchers, and lucky draw coupons. Additionally, government employees and junior high/elementary school teachers within the county who register and attend will receive two hours of lifelong learning credit.

This series of ten events is a Changhua-local community care free public lecture event, with strong support from local industries such as Changhua Sheng Ho (Hsin) Automotive and Cheng Kuang Pharmaceutical. The owners aim to give back to their hometowns in appreciation and to promote the development of local culture and arts. The event is facilitated by the Changhua County Cultural Affairs Bureau in collaboration with relevant units.

The inaugural event of the Academy of Arts and Humanities ~ "Slow Living Aesthetics, Happy and Healthy Creative Master Winners Series" will feature a keynote speech by Dr. Huang Chun-Ming, founder of the Taiwan Happy Train Association, on the topic of "Talent Health Studies ~ Initiating a Happy Life ~ Discussing the Three Essential Principles for Modern Talents (Nutrition, Cultivation, Maintenance)." Dr. Huang will share insights on how modern individuals and professionals can maintain a joyful mindset, balance workloads, avoid overwork, and approach everything calmly and harmoniously. Techniques for stress relief, anger management, and maintaining harmony in both family and work environments contribute to blood pressure control. Cultivating leisure interests and a sense of humor can alleviate stress and promote a relaxed and pleasant mood. Emotional processing techniques will also be discussed. In addition, Dr. Huang will delve into topics such as the Five Steps to a Happy Destiny (Concepts, Behavior, Habits, Personality, Destiny), Five Thoughts for Achieving Wishes (Concepts, Thoughts, Ideas, Beliefs, Positive Thoughts), Five Dimensions (Width, Depth, Intensity, Speed, Angle), and ten methods for prolonging a healthy and prosperous life.
