Changhua Diian Palace celebrates the Lantern Festival
Cheng-Kuang sponsored the Lantern Festival Parade and Evening Party held at Dian An Temple (Mazu Temple) in Beidou Township, Changhua County on the 14th. Adhering to the principle of giving back to the local community, Cheng-Kuang not only provided sponsorship for the evening event and prizes for the lucky draw, but also organized employees and their families to enjoy the lantern festival.
The parade took place from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, and the temple prepared a vegetarian meal for the participants after the parade. The Beidou Township elementary and middle schools mobilized their students, with the students from Luoqing Elementary School dressing up as the environmentally-friendly Third Prince Nezha. The Beidou Middle School band performed while marching, and various groups showcased their unique talents, creating a festive atmosphere similar to a carnival.
Members of the sponsoring companies carried paper lanterns gifted by the temple and joyfully marched in the parade. Afterwards, they could fill out lottery tickets for a chance to participate in the evening lucky draw and listen to singers perform. There were also dozens of food stalls offering snacks and barbecues on-site, ensuring that everyone left with a sense of fulfillment.
