Nurses welcome pilgrims, pain relief service is well received

Cheng-Kuang Joint Free Clinic Charity Event, held at the company's location in Changhua on the 8th, featured a special surprise for worshippers. Not only were herbal patches distributed at the Arch of Beidou Anan Temple, but also university students were hired to form a mobile nursing team, providing product experiences for the worshippers. The response on-site was enthusiastic.

On the 8th day of the Mazu Pilgrimage in Taichung, pilgrims passed through Beidou in Changhua, coincidentally traversing the location of Cheng-Kuang Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. Employees of Cheng-Kuang distributed herbal patches next to the arch of Beidou Ancestral Temple, enduring the scorching midday sun. Not only did the "Third Prince" actively request one while walking under the blazing sun, but foreign tourists participating in the incense offering also curiously inquired.

This year, Cheng-Kuang Pain Relief Station has been set up to provide pilgrims with unexpected surprises. We have hired students from Mingdao University in Changhua and Zhongzhou University to play the roles of doctors and nurses. They will be stationed at Xizhou Hou Tian Temple from 2:00 PM onwards, offering pain relief sprays and assisting on-site viewers with massages as requested by the pilgrims.

Mingdao University student surnamed Fan, who goes by the name Cheng-kuang, mentioned that some pilgrims mistakenly thought they were real doctors or nurses, and asked various professional questions about acupressure and massage. They even invited them to their homes for gua sha sessions to relieve summer heat. In just one or two hours, they served around fifty to sixty people, and many people actively requested to take photos and share them on social media, creating a continuous stream of visitors.

"Don't go, can you stay a bit longer?"

"We'll move to the next base and let you continue to press, okay?"

Another male classmate expressed that before moving to the next base, they were also detained by the people. He suggested that if Zheng Guang participates in similar activities in the future, the service hours could be extended to two to three hours.

Cheng-Kuang Pharmaceuticals stated that the Mazu Temple in Fuxing Palace is an important event, with popular music performances and roller-skating dragon shows arranged every evening. In conjunction with the Mazu procession, resources from public departments, institutions, and performance teams in Changhua County and City are integrated to provide pilgrims with the best local hospitality experience. On the evening of Friday, the 11th, Fuxing Palace will still have massage clinics and exciting performances. The public is welcome to come and experience it. The proceeds from the sale of goods at the Xiluo event will be donated in full to the Yunlin Intellectual Disabilities Association.
